International Dermatologic Concierge

Our dermatologic concierge service provides prompt access to customized medical treatment plans to meet the long or short-term needs of international patients traveling from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Caribbean, Central and South America. Each highly personalized treatment plan is developed based on an in depth analysis of the patient’s medical history and complete skin evaluation including a thorough and state-of-the art skin cancer screening. The program is designed to treat the entire patient, not just the skin. We provide specific advice on nutrition, a carefully designed skin care regimen and recommendations to maximize overall health as well as the beauty of the skin.

Our program includes a comprehensive skin cancer screening using the most sophisticated, non-invasive technologies including Melafind^® and DermTech^®. Moles and areas of the skin that may appear harmless upon initial inspection are carefully analyzed with dermoscopy. If a cancerous lesion is identified, our director, Dr. Maral Kibarian Skelsey, Mohs surgeon and skin cancer specialist, will remove the lesion utilizing the most advanced procedure available leaving little to no scarring.

For patients who seek an improvement in appearance, we can provide minimally invasive rejuvenating procedures with little or no downtime. We understand the time constraints of international visitors who may be in Washington, DC for a short period of time and can generally offer aesthetic services on the same day as a consultation.
